Does anyone have a contact at eNom?

My domain is currently registered with a reseller of eNom. I want to move my domain to my own reseller account at eNom. Does anyone have a contact at eNom that can make this happen for me? Support doesn't seem to understand what i'm trying to accomplish (they keep talking about transfers even after 4 correspondences). Also, I am unable to push the domain on my own.

You can push domains between accounts at eNom but 7 days must lapse between consecutive pushes. What error are you getting?

Thanks for the reply. I have a name registered through Globat and I do not have access to it at eNom. However, it is registered at eNom. I wish to push it to my reseller account, but there is no way to do it seems. I have even tried access.enom.com, but there is no push availability. All of the whois information reflects my own. Globat says eNom is the one to do it (even though they probably could do it themselves). I figure if I can prove the domain is mine (it contains my whois information) then eNom should be able to push it to my reseller account.

If you are a direct reseller to Enom, you can call customer support. The contact number is in Help section. If not, you need to get in touch with your reseller.

Well, that's different. eNom resellers that brand themselves e.g. Namecheap was one cannot push domains to and from eNom. You might have to transfer the domain out, so unlock it and get the Auth code from Globat.

Thanks. I do have a direct reseller account with eNom. I called eNom support and they were very nice. They told me I had to give Globat my account name and that Globat could do the push. I asked eNom what could be done if they refused and eNom told me "There is really nothing that can be done if they refuse". I created a new support ticket with Globat requesting the domain push - we will see how it goes from there.
