I found a domain that I want to make an offer on and the whois shows signaturedomains.com ...it looks like a registrar and or possible reseller, but I have a feeling they arent the true owner of the name..but I emailed the email on the whois and sent in a support ticket but no reply. The domain is parked. I'm just scratching my head not exactly knowing where to go and who to contact to reach the real owner.
