It is called customer service for a reason.
For nearly three weeks or more, I have been emailing sedo to inquire what was taking so long to get my domains added to my account.
Tell me all about verification.
Not once, NOT ONCE! has anyone responded to my emails.
Instead of adding the domains that have been sitting in limbo for over a week...ones that I pointed out three times to Sedo...Sedo's response was easy enough:
Out of sight, out of mind.
In other words, Sedo totally removed the domains from pending approval, from my account, and they were never added.
The real shame is that I and several other domainers have to come on here and question Sedo about their actions and pitiful performance regarding these matters.
It really would be great to get an answer, ANY ANSWER, to the emails sent.
