Does listing on Ebay have a delay?

I listed a domain about 2 hours ago, but I can't quite get to it yet unless i click the link ebay sent me. I did a search for it, and it still doesn't come up. Does it take a while to get into the database. Its kinda unfair that they start the countdown if noone else can see it, if thats the case

Yes, from my experience there's a 2 hour+ delay in both their listing and search :sad:

every 7 hours listings are updated...

look at the bottom of the lising page to see last time updated...then, check exact time your auction started...

Not like it matters anyway, its not really worth making a bid until the last several hours anyways.

I believe auctions are actually live instantly. However, the search and listing database used to generate pages is not updated constantly, but only every few hours.
