Does someone know Enom Rep with at least half a brain?

I'm having very serious issue with them and if i dont solve it today im going to sue them.
But of course i prefer to solve it the nice way, so if you have the contacts of Enom Rep with at least a half brain (the monkey which is supposed to support my accout is just that...monkey), please share it with me.

They are all baboons over there, because once you sell your biz to the bigger fish your customers (who were your bread and butter until yesterday) become an afterthought. The upper managament made their windfall and they don't care anymore. That lax attitude trickles down to other employees and you get the company that except in name has nothing to do with the company you used to know before the sale. Just like the baboons over at Sedo. They become bloated and gassy, and are too cheap to hire quality employes because they are busy saving on all fronts so the biz can look better (than it really is) once they decide to flip it to bigger fish.

So they get to rely on cheap, young, overworked, and also pretty dumb employee-slaves who are happy to work for peanuts in glamorous world of "new media", especially when they get such perks as "Office kitchen stocked with coffee, sodas, chips, yogurt, and other snacks." (which is exactly what Sedo promotes as the benefit of working for them).

On subject: No problems with Enom. Tried calling their direct phone line? Their support resolves 95% of the issues within 2 days. Of course it might be that I ask nicely instead of spewing threats about "suing" just for the effect of it.

Try pulling that hardball with other registrars, e.g. GoDaddy. You'll hear a "click" on your phone faster than you can say "Bob Parsons has a hyperblown ego".
