I noticed one company was suing domain name owners for names that have dashes that are registered in the US.
However, a name that matches the corporate name is registered in Switzerland and is confusing, getting a ton of traffic and is for sale and has ads on SEDO doesn't look like it has been sued yet.
I have heard that names registered in India and other third world type nations do not get as many lawsuits because the trademark law is hard to enforce.
I was wondering is Switzerland is the same way.
In fact one lawsuit mentioned there needed to be an injunction because the names might be move overseas.
