I'd say a few hundred $$. It's targeted and descriptive for what the site would be about. Develop it into a dog forum and see what happens. In a year, it could easily be "the place" to discuss canines.

woof!

It will be worth A LOT more when it's developed and has a few hundred members. Shouldn't be too hard to get over a few months of good promotion and SE placement.

Correct me if im wrong, but plural isnt realy the best choice. DogForum.com or even DogsForum.com would be much better, wouldnt it? I wish you all the luck though, I just posted this to warn you not to be dissapointed if you wont be able to sell it for as much as you hope for.

Just suggestion.. Perhaps Dog* would be better, since its world used word, but as I said, plural hurts it IMO

I like DogForums.com (plural makes sense to me)
ie: multi forums on the site, covering various AKC breeds/discussions..
and a puppy forum for new owners, and a pups for sale board, and stud service board,
and you could possibly attract a large audience. Affiliate with various dog food & supply merchants.. advertise the 'dog shows' etc..

Has great marketing potential. It's a great name! Would be worth A LOT MORE, once developed and a large memberbase.

Goodluck!
