I look at appraissals diferently for end users, do you guys agree or disagree.
discounting a names memorability which could add substatial value to a name,
but by using traffic only as a basis.
Lets say I own keyword.com and keyword cost to advertisers is 1.00 a click
the name (I have one) get 20 views a day and ten clicks. That means the advertiser would have to spend 10 dollars a day to get that traffic, based on a yr= 3,650 dollars, even a low 3x revenue the name should sell for 10k, it also would give them the added value of the views that dont convert to clicks, maybe the saw a better advertisers link or it was higher up on ppc page.
Am I wacked or does this make sense. I am not talking about resellers, a dollar a day income is only 365 dollars a yr for a reseller
