How does one go about locating and contracting with a broker to sell their website along with their portfolio of 750 plus domains? Do you sign a contract with one for a certain percentage of the sale price and for a certain period of time as you do in real estate sales? I assume the broker would have to be in agreement with the asking price before agreeing to act.
How does one find a good broker and what is the going rate for the brokers fee? Any suggestions and info will be appreciated. BTW...the website is www.FuelcellDomains.com and I'm asking $487,000 including all domains listed thereon. Thanks.
