Domain.com URL redirect problem

Hey guys,

Does anyone here have domains with Domain.com, which are redirected somewhere?
I have a problem with what exact NS's I need to put to redirect one of my domains?
I use default: ns1.domain.com & ns2.domain.com - but it not working.

I also saw it on their site. But got a feeling there were different (I already had one name there once, which I redirected).
Plus with these NS's redirect is not working.

Submitted ticket, they contacted me thanking for the question and advised to wait for a TECH GUY
Now waiting for the master lol
