Anyone here flip domains (short term flips) for a living?

Do you concentrate on high valued names or low valued names to flip.

Would be interesting to find out how much you make ( clear profit) per month.

I know some ppl that make well over $6,000 per month on short term flips

It's really not realistic to become a professional domain flipper. Certainty is everything in this life becoming a pro domain flipper will order you the opposite since you don't got any guarantees.

this is a domain forum and here it's about buying and selling domains

including all services related to domains.

it's why we're here...to make money

most don't call themselves domain flippers, i wouldn't, nor would i call any of my collegues that

resellers, is what we are, flip domains is what we "aspire" to do

you shouldn't ask people what they make, on the street or here...it really ain't your biz.

just read and you will see what profits can be made as well as what losses are incurred.

Ah jeez, I wish this thing had a save feature.. I just wrote the ultimate step by step idea of flipping sites. You want to domainize your keyword searches (domainize.com is already taken peeps.)

well, some people who focus on flipping make $0 due to no sales

some end up with -$100s or -$1000s per month due to unsuccessful domain investments

...some make a profit here and there

that about sums it up ;)

ps --- yes there is money to be made in domains if you know what you are doing and if you are serious about it

you can start today

invest $7

and make out 100x tomorrow

Just make sure your first investment is time spent learning the industry.

As mentioned a earlier, take your time and read/research as much as possible.

Believe it or not, most of the questions asked have already been answered on this forum. Just start digging around.

A good tip would be to make sure you spend a little time searching around the forum when questions come up.

Get yourself familier with keyword rankings, domain valuation variables, what's being sold, and when you can, find out who's doing the buying.

Another good tip would be to not follow around any one domainer.

In business/life, time is the only thing you can never buy back. Use it wisely.

Good luck..

Thanks!
