Just be aware that someone is attempting to hijack names by submitting legitimate transfer requests...

I have received two email transfer requests within the last 45 minutes...

one on a .mobi and another on a .com

Both domains are at GoDaddy.

One transfer request came from GoDaddy and the other came from a registrar named Dirt-Cheap-Domains.

I have not sold either domain.

Thanx for the heads up. Luckily all of my domains are locked. :)

I also received a transfer request to GoDaddy, out of the blue, a few weeks ago.
Maybe Adam could look into this.

They can be locked but that does not prevent someone from submitting a legitimate transfer request on a domain that is not theirs.

With several thousands of domains, this can be difficult to monitor sometimes. Luckily I am a one person operation and know who, when, and what was sold.

OK...this is fun.

Just check my administrative email account and just got the third attempt today at 11:04 am. Again the domain is at GoDaddy and this is being submitted by an account holder (?).

Methinks this is too coincidental.
