Does anyone use a standard legal form when selling a name? I was interested in a Blumberg type of form, or other.

Also, it seels some members have mentioned good experience with escrow.com, any suggestions or warnings? This seems to be the venue of choice for the money transfer.

Any assistance welcome, this is name sale #1!
