What do you mean by "purchase agreement"? What are the parameters for the "agreement"?

Contractual legal agreement to purchase a domain name, website and corresponding goodwill and information

Use escrow.com with an 'examination period' which should cover all of this -- the one thing you'll never tie down is "goodwill".

what i like to do is write my own contracts, and then insert lines from star trek the next generation into the contract in a way that seems natural and doesnt arouse the buyers suspicion. dont know if that helps or not...
