Did you click on "Modify a domain"? It should give you a screen where you enter the domain you reg'ed and the "Key" code.

well it still doesn't work.
I hope they have records of the things that happens here, so I can prove I regged it

You should be in the whois. The "register now" section only appears after you've filled out all of your information. I've never had a problem, even after the board update.

Well there sure is a bug. They refunded since they told me I didnt complete registration.

BUT, when I filled everything in (second time!) it just says registration results and then NOTHING. No results whatsoever

I have already emailed them again

Weird. Definitely note in detail the steps you went through. Identifying the point where it breaks down is important, and they can't do it without your help. I just had a user have access problems due to a firewall. There may be any number of reasons things could be messing up.

I recommended it before, but to the forum admin, you guys should really get a standard bug reporting form going. I have one located here for my business:

well. I still haven't gotten a reply here. What is up with this? BTW they should do something about the looks of the domain registration pages. I could code and design nicer ones myself.

Sorry just getting alittle annoyed here

GD, DCG or impactadmin are the only ones that can assist.

ok, I just tried regging a domain.
all seemed ok, until it said 'we have a problem with your account'.
it apparently took the DNF$, but no domain.

I am not complaining, I think this forum is worth it with no DNF$, but out of curiosity, where should I report this to?
