What if I create an offshore company and change in my domain registration information my contacts to the offshore company contacts?

It is not TM domain issue.

I have a lot of domains, but to pay for privacy protection seems to me very expensive rather than hold the offshore company.

Are there any positive or negative aspects?

Please advise.

UDRP applies universally. If you aren't doing anything illegal than why not just get a pobox and a skype number? If you don't want to use your name then go register an llc. I haven't seen an easy way to register an offshore corporation.

How about using a POBOX? or moving them to registrar that provides free whois privacy service.

I believe there were a couple UDRP cases last year where the registant changed the name as the owner and the panel ruled that constituted change in ownership.
And, started the clock over on the ownership. As it applies to grandfathering domain registration before a TM application.

I would believe it would be very difficult for you to get a P.O. box in the U.S.
Who is going to check it for you? Can you depend on this firm?
If the address (P.O. box) is not current, that is grounds for a domain to be deleted.
(if someone knows that the address expired.)

There are some services that will collect mail for you. Don't know the cost.

Even though, it sounds like a simple question, it could become very complicated.

Ok. I have another question:
is it permitted to show in registrant name one of my domain names? if so, what kind of problems could I have?

For example:

somedomain.com
Registrant:
somedomain.com
email: [email protected]
phone: skype or some dot tel
address: some address
