Domain Registration Prices

One of the new features launched last month was the introduction of domain registrations. Here are the current prices including ICANN Fees:

Keep in mind that these prices include ICANN Fees (if applicable). For example the .COM price is really $6.70 + $0.25 for a total of $6.95.

Reseller accounts are also available (no minimums) if you plan on reselling, doing a lot of personal registrations/transfers of domains to ParkItNow.com.

Any domains registered via our system that you don't manually change DNS servers on will automatically be parked on our system. So this enables you to register domains and get them parked quickly.

You will soon be able to automatically move earned parking income over to your domain registration account and use funds you have earned but not been paid yet. This will allow you quicker use of your money and save on any paypal fees. If you presently have any earned money you would like moved just send me a PM and I'll manually move the money for you.

I'm doing the registrations as an "added bonus" type thing. It's definately not going to be a profit center.

Personally I've always hated the registrations services that look good for the initial registration but then cost an additional buck or two to renew the domain. You need to then transfer it elsewhere to get a lower rate etc...

I'm not doing really anything special as I'm using the Directi reseller implementation except that I'm passing on the 2nd or 3rd level (don't remember) pricing to everyone for the most part. This allows people to start reselling or registering domains at a good price without having to "fund" the account with way more money then they would use initially.

My plan is to lower prices even more if possible as my tiered level increases. In a way it's like a "Co-Op" for domainers managed by ParkItNow.com.

One thing I'm not crazy about the interface is bulk domain management. It's OK but not quite as good as some services. I'm working with the Directi API right now and will offer additional management services for domains that can be used stand alone or in combination with portfolio management in the Parking service itself. For those parking domains it should make life a lot easier with really good pricing too.
