I have been trying to contact DRT support for the last couple of weeks now with no luck. First, I tried to contact them directly through the program. I just found out that the emails bounced and never were sent in the first place after checking my bulk mail today. Then I try to go to https://www.domainresearchtool.com/contact.htm and I keep getting an error that I do not have my cookies turned on. I have tried using three browsers and still get the message.
Does anyone know what happened to DRT or know an email or any way to contact support?
This is horrible customer service for a $250 product.
