Domain Retriever error?

Has anyone else had any issue when upgrading to DR 2.1? I have emailed Luc twice over the last 3 days and haven't received a response...

Error when launching...

Authenticating with Ultra servers
Validating Registration key
Server not responding
Loading local settings

Run-time error '7':
Out of memory

As noted in a previous thread, we're moving all DR user
files to a different server.

This means everything will work quite a bit faster with
far less down time.

The authentication should not be affected by this, but
some computers react differently.

The nameservers were changed 48+ hours ago, so we're
expect the move to complete any time now.

Since the change of the nameservers, and move from one
network to the next, our E-MAIL has been down as well.

Any Luc with the Alexa ranking working

I'm trying to make it server based. Only problem is Alexa
has been extremely slow lately even with our special
queries.

We're getting average lookup rates of 3 seconds/domain. At
this rate it'll take forever to do a daily drop file, not to mention
on-hold or pendingdelete lists.

We've also contacted Alexa requesting information on
purchasing access to their system. We're still waiting to hear
back from them.
