Domain Sales Experiment has a Happy Ending

Long story short, I hand registered ResistancePool.com last year and tried to sell it to a pool company, outlining my approach on my blog. Several months later, a representative contacted me from Endless Pools to let me know they saw my article, but we couldn't come to a sales agreement. I approached them again yesterday and offered to trade them the domain name in exchange for a donation to the Ronald McDonald House, and they agreed. Kinda neat story I wanted to share:
