It seems my domain sponsor account was hacked / locked . It was working fine before 4 days but when today i tried to log in it says "wrong password, then i have tried to reset the password through the "forget password " option but now it says " the email id is not in their database "
So i think some one may be hacked my account and change the email id.
My account was in good condition and i have never received any mail from domain sponsor about account deactivation.
and last month i have sold all my domains , so i removed all my domains form my domain sponsor account . i am pretty sure that as my account has no traffic since last 10 days so this month so there is no chance to lose the account.
I have sent a mail to my account manager and support team but so far no reply. Also tried to call them but the call goes to an auto response message and no body reply there.
I am just worried about getting this month payment.
If any one here from domainsponsor please help.
