Does anyone know if YoDaddy offers a name trial period (like moniker has 96 hours...4 days) along with the opportunity to cancel and get a refund?

Not a big fan of PimpDaddy but there are times when I can not access any other registrar (one work place thinks Moniker is a porn site, my own reseller account is blocked, and many others are also blocked). Suprised GoDaddy is not read as porn by the IT department. Bob sure is the Larry Flynt of Registrars.

To my knowledge you are able to cancel a domain, but it says it won't refund your money (dunno why would cancel it without getting a refund, but apparently that's how it works)

Try dynadot

They even refund ICANN fee, but it doesn't bother me, cuz they do not charge me for that anyway. :)

I just cancelled 280 domains.

It would only be logical that I would be the honored recipient of that distinction.

Care to make it 1001 explaining how to do this and where in the control panel to find this? A simple "cancel" will do?

That better not be nicotine stains on those lips.

congrats, it was a good one too
Boo back at ya. While you're here, can you take out the dogs?

yes before you can ask for a refund you need to just go into the control panel and cancel domain- then just REPLY to the Godaddy order confirmation for the domain and write- Please Refund- thank you! :)

always use the please, thank you, and the smilie face :)

remember, you have 5 days-

I believe that is blocked by IT also. I'll check. We can use the internet at work at will, but certain keywords are blocked. Most makes no sense at all. I guess it thinks Moniker is actually some red hot babe name Monica...or that is just my fantasy...not sure.

Make that five days to the minute. At five days plus one hour you are out of luck my friends.
