Hi everyone,

Pretty new to the domain name re-sale market. I think I might have found a name that could be of value. However, before I buy, I have a couple questions that I hope some of you can answer for me.

Here it goes:

1. How do I approach the potential "customer" that I am planning on selling the domain name to? (the domain is specific to one organization and would really have no value to anyone else but them.)

2. Can't they just come up with a variation of the domain to bypass me altogether?

Thanks for all the help guys...

Just an advice before you make a big mistake

Beware of Trademarks !!!

Some people seem to think they can just register a known trademark, and make money by selling it to the trademark holder.

Careful !!!

Trademarks aside, registering domain variations of someone else's domains with the intent on selling it specifically to him is still considered bad faith, no?
