Please appraise the above domain, as I'm considering poss devel into a news/info site on the industry, and maybe a forum :)

I also I have

intechnology.us

any appraisals on this? and whats the deal to buy .us names, do you have to be a u.s citezen etc?

I think Domain Name Journal on a site called something like dnjournal.com would be better :D

domainbiznews.com is one of those niche areas where there are lots of different terms you could use in the domain name instead. a three word domain just wouldn't be worth much unless you develop it. I can't see someone typing this all in at random just to see if a site comes up.

DNjournal.com isn't any better either, IMHO, other than the fact that it's developed.

You are right about that Dan. You can blame the other members here for that though - I let them pick the name in a poll even though it wasn't my first choice :)

The site address, just like dnforum.com has no instrinsic value at all - it will sink or swim on the development. My comment about it being better was just a thinly veiled plug for the site, not a serious suggestion that the name had any value.
