Domaindoorman is testing traffic ?

Does anybody knows are have found out if Domaindoorman is registering domains massively to test traffic ?
I have one, in my watch list on whois.sc and today it appears registered by them.
I have not visited the site, I hope they drop it again when they see it gets no traffic.
I doubt it will get any, it is a slang, non often used spanish word.
