Some real rubbish domains there, although some definitely worth it IMHO:

Offer.com - $150,000
Relative.com - $35,000
Troops.com - $40,000

Surprised that they all went without bids

Personally, for all domains listed there with 7-figure bids I would have taken the money and been grateful. I might have even sponsored a party with an open bar to celebrate.

Who knows which bids were real and which were done by the auctioneer himself.

Yes, this article was incorrect. It took the opening bid amounts and posted them as real bids.
