This may be a bit of an odd request.

I'm looking to lease domain names. Lease-to-buy to be more specific, but I would consider other options also.

I don't want to spend no more than $2,000 per month, per domain.

I'm looking for domains that have traffic, but also have developing potential. I don't mean crappy mini sites, but real sites.

Good:- ComputerGames.com, Laptops.com and so on.

Bad:- 3232klkllk.com.

You get the idea I'm sure. I'll be interested in all extensions, but mainly .com/net/org/.co.uk and .us

If the idea of a fixed, steady income for your domain each and every month appeals to you, then please PM me with what you have.

Thank you very much.

What's the minimal traffic you want?

Are hyphenated domains OK? They are quite good for development, search engines love them.

What verticals are you focusing on?

Hyphens ar perfectly fine too. As long as it's something like Computer-games.com.

Minimum traffic? Hmm, lets go with minimum of 500 uv's per month, but with potential to increase that ten fold.

All kinds of markets, nothing specific.

I've had quite a lot of PM so far, and there are a few I'm very intersted in.

I've also had some PM's from people that are sending me domains that really don't meet my requirements.

Please, read my post before sending. Domains that no traffic are useless to me.

For those that have replied, I will be in touch tomorrow after I've chewed through the acceptable domains.

My work involves working with Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 companies, helping them develop a solid internet marketing strategy.

I'm a member of quite a few SEO forums and an Administrator on one of the largest SEO forums.

The reason for leasing domains rather than buying them straight out, is because most of the larger portfolio owners do not want to sell, or they are asking for absolutely stupid prices (in my opinion) which I'm not prepared to pay right away.

Theres no catch to this, it's a simple request to lease good solid traffic generating domains that can be made into fully fledged sites.

It's my first venture into domain leasing and it's something that I "thought" would benefit not just myself, but the seller also by having a fixed, stable income per month.

For all those that have PM'ed me so far, I will be getting back to you today at some point.

Any more questions, feel free to PM me.
