I dont have an account there, but it says that it was registered there.

If you bought your snap at snapnames:

Usually use your snap username and PW sometimes PW preceded by sn (from snapnames) or alternatively email namesbeyond support to send you username & PW to the email address listed on domain contact.

Also check if whois has your info
