And if so how many moves/time do I have?

a snap is good for one full year from the date of purchase.
If the name is renewed, you can put a snap onto another domain. But you only have three exchanges like this if you order it from a snapnames reseller like domainspans. However if you order it directly from SnapNames, you have unlimited exchanges.
