DomainSpa & other parking svcs

To have a name parked at domainspa and other parking svcs does the name have to be online? For example, I have a name that received a decent amount of traffic, It does not have a website anymore , its just sitting in my enom acct. Do I have to start a website and get it hosted for me to be able to use domainspa? I want to make money from this name but not sure if i can?

but when i sign up it asks for impressions per day from all domains, i do not know how many impressions since i have never checked some of my names.

Make a quesstimate they don't mind - I actually put "0" for one of mine as I didn't know - still went through ok.
