I am having problems renewing my .in names registered at Domainsite.com. All I get is an error message :( I have contacted support via email but they have not replied :?:

This is now an urgent problem. I will try and contact them via phone later today but I am in the UK so Its not a good time right now.

Any suggestions or are there any support staff that visit here and can help??

Thanks in advance

Just an update to let you know :)

With the help of a super member whom managed to get them on the phone. I sent payment of paypal directly to them with a list of names I needed to renew and they did this for me at their end..

They said there was some kind of problem at the registry that stopped me from being able to renew them :?:

I have replied asking what the problem was and will let you know if they reply.

So I would sugget calling them and sending payment directly to [email protected] with a alist of names and asking them to renew for you

I'm having some problems now too. I renewed a chunk of domain names 2 days ago, paid via PayPal, but nothing has been renewed. There was a thread here a couple days ago where support helped a Name.com customer, which I think is the same as Domainsite, but now I can't find it...I just fired off an email to support, lets see how long it takes.
