dont get Pool.. help

I have seen a name i wanted. Says n WHOIS that Pool.com is DNS. Ok.. so I go to Pool.com and look for the name. Nothing. I admit i really dont understand this world of big companies but could someone clue me in. odd thing it looks like something of pool.com regg'ed it in sept 05...like it is brand new? weird. Bottom line.. how can i get the name without waiting for it to expire?

the domain you wanted "was" already snapped by someone else in behalf of pool, (you're late), so I think the only chance to buy your desired domain is to call or email the new owner... just check the whois and wait until the domain transfer to the new owner is done.. or just contact pool directly.

They could also be still awaiting payment for the domain.. Perhaps you could email pool and ask them the status of the domain.. if the other party defaults on the payment. You should get first refusal on the name.

You have to be proactive.. ;-)
