I never used Escrow.com before, so I decided to play safe and use the prermier service, since they say that you will get priority help in case of any questions.
My domain transaction was stuck in a pending state for 2 days. I sent 3 emails to them, and never got an answer. I finally had to use that lame live chat feature they have (where some guy called "Mike" finally saw their mistake and updated my status)
So, that was a real waste of money, if you use Escrow, just use the normal standard service, the premier one is just BS.
Terrible customer support... almost as bad as SEDO
