Dotster Sells RevenueDirect to Sedo

VANCOUVER, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dotster, Inc., a leading provider of Internet business services, has signed a definitive agreement to sell its domain monetization service RevenueDirect to Massachusetts-based Sedo, the leading online marketplace for buying and selling domain names. The two companies have also formed a strategic partnership, enabling Sedo to benefit from Dotster’s large inventory and leading registrar presence, while Dotster customers will gain value from Sedo’s advanced monetization engines and access to the world’s largest domain name marketplace. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
