Ouch dude! :disappointed:

I'd say green label at the least. Blue if you've got the cash.

Seriously, feel better soon!

Both my father, and brother each had a double. Although you should not attempt to lift anything for several months... their recovery time was very short, and bother were up walking around within a week.

Just relax, take it easy, and the best way to recover fast is to do exactally what doctors tell you.... if you try pushing it, you will be sorry later.

Good luck! All will be fine :)

i just had one (not two) a year ago. Go slow... I'm back to playing hockey and baseball and it's all good. My penis fell off a week after but i didn't use it much anyways. Ok kidding. Just take it easy

Good luck brother..it can only get better and it's much safer than worrying about your intestines pushing through your nutts at any given time :scared:

Drink lots of water and eat healthy..green tea & go easy on the painkillers, use some ganja instead mon! :eek:k:

I had hernia surgery just before xmas. Was up and doing things in the next couple of days...just nothing strenuous. After about 6 weeks I was pretty well back to normal.

Best of luck and a health and speedy recovery my friend

my dad had a double last year. He was up and walking about quite quickly but you shouldn't do anything to strain the area for a long, long time. Regular, non-intensive exercise like walking is what he was advised. Best wishes for a speedy recovery

Leave the laptop on the left when they do the surgery on the right side and vice versa.
You can leave the wireless mouse in the middle position.

Good luck!
