Not trying to be an ass but how long does it take for a dropwizard name to be put into your account. I paid prompty and 10+ days later I still do not have the name in my account. Do they do it once a month or what?

Also i'm curious how long does it take to get a name from other services 007names, 000domains, nicgenie, thefirstname and others for comparison purposes.

From personal experience, DW usually does it within 48 hours
of payment. Same goes with the other private club drops you
mentioned.

Did you contact Gordon? I'm sure a matter like this can be
resolved rather quickly.

No doubt in my mind you'll get the name.

It took about 12 days for my last name DW won for me to be freed and put into my account.

We might experiencing some problems with our e-mail system. For all customers that were asked to send us your Fabulous usernames and still have not received your name. Please resend to dropwizard @ hotmail dot com, until we get this fixed.

Our current (attempted) standard is for 3 days after it is paid for.

I released your domain on that schedule but Fabulous requires a user name. We send you an email requesting you to open an account there and send us the user name. If no response is received we will follow it up but you will lose additional days. Weekends and holidays will slow that process also.

Best case is around 3 days
Worst case shouldn't be more than 10 days.

If it goes past that accept my apologies we don't do it deliberately. It's just a factor of the huge amount of domains we handle. Sometimes things fall between the cracks.

Just email me and I'm always happy to straighten out a problem.
