All

I wanted to start a drop time thread on different registrars. In all your tracking what are the approximate drop times for the different registrars. I have reviewed previous posts on the subject, all of which proved not to accurate. Any help on the subject i am sure is appreciated by everyone:) I have seen the following:

Network Solutions = 5 days at 2pm
Tucows = 40 days (time unknow)

Sounds like a great idea.

Have you found out the drop times for MelbourneIT?

Hi DomainPairs

No, just the two mentioned in the first post. Hopefully more people will jump in with some good input.

Thanks Fizz. Got a name I'm watching there which wasn't renewed on Christmas day. I'm hoping it was an unwanted Christmas present.

Maybe we ought to try to promote domains for Christmas next year :D

I've actually got a name with a hole in it - do you think I should send it back.

It's eb-y.com

I bought it because I thought it would be fun to auction it on that famous site - I'm sorry their name has just slipped my mind. :D

LOL DomainPairs, if I wuz u I'd sent it back to Verisign and tell them it's a faulty product as the letter 'a' has dropped off, and ask them to fix it.

Knowing them, they might just do it...make sure your servers can handle the extra load though :D
