I've had to call him out.........I've been trying to get hold of Luc for a few days about a problem on premium drops which i am a paid subscriber but he has gone awol........it's no way to run a business.........so i'm gonna have to cancel my subscription.....glad he can afford to lose customers.....still it's no way to run a business........very very disappointed LUC

It shows he was last on 9/22/08. Did you receive a response from him? Many users have sent messages to him regarding DRT without a response. I wonder if they are just taking the money and not providing the service they are advertising? I know many affilates have not received payments or responses.

Sadly, the customer support has went to nothing.

I was able to get ahold of him (PM here) about a month or so ago when I had not recieved affiliate payment for about 4 month.

He needs to rethink his CS because he offers some great products, but these products need good CS as well. :sigh2:

Yeah it's a great program but keeps on promising to fix bugs and does nothing.....he claims he has now moved to Europe so he must be earning some serious cash because it's lot more expensive than the U.S to live besides i have cancelled my account until his customer support improves drastically.........
