You will need a postaddress in the Netherlands, but almost every webhoster offers this service, this should absolutely be no problem.

I can not understand Sedo's auction system. You are holding BeNeLux auction, but there is no one dot lu domain. I have Text.lu for sale on Sedo, but I am not able to participate in the auction. I think that Sedo should inform us prior the auction and invite us to submit domain names for review. Then the buyer and Sedo will have a chance to get profit.
