i owned dyned.org from 2008 February and that day it was belonged to me.
and i registered it to 2010 February.
but now i realised that from 8 May 2009 dyned.com owned my domain.

how can they scam my domain..
how can they get my domain from any permission allowed...
how can they scam me..
who can allow them to scam me..
i m the owner of dyned.org but no-one asks me anything..
is this world a SCAMMER world ?

how..!
i want an explanation..

I think ur posting in the wrong section. But if you regged it on Feb 08 and then Dyned took it on May 09 ... maybe what happened was that you only regged it for one year while thinking you regged it for two. So, it may have expired on Feb 08, gone through the redemption periods and then Dyned may have gotten it on the drop about 3 mo's after.

I would go back and check your receipts for the registration purchase.

you see in whois that the domain was created in 2009 not in 2008, so it expired and dropped and they registered it

Do you have the receipt for the 2 year registration? If so, show that to your registrar.

I came across a situation that the TM owner took a domain off my hand during the registration period.

Due to TM infringement issue, they have sent me serveral legal documents by e-mail and I ignored it. And one day when I wake up, I realised the domain was no longer belongs to me and they have taken it over, I need not to be involved in the transferring process.

Not sure if it is a same case.
