Be safe tonight. Even though Bill is only a Cat 1 that's still nothing to scoff at. It looks like there are two major feeder bands.
One is covering the entier eastern half of PA, down the bay and into NC while another is craping along the MA / RI coast. the outer bands of the storm are also starting to hit the NH / ME coast lines as well as Nova Scotia. I'm sure it'll be a stormy night - if you aren't where you need to go - don't bother going out. Its too late.
