Ebay has a policy prohibiting the sale of items related to horrific events.

You can thank all the domainers who regged Virginia Tech shooting names by the tens of thousands and tried selling them on ebay.

So don't blame ebay.

I have not seen a horrific scene based on swine flu. There is much difference between VT and swine flu.

In my opinion and ebay's opinion, there is no difference.

Again, why blame ebay for something domainers brought upon themselves?

Domainers need to grow up and put their big boy pants on and act responsibly.

Just like all the pending legislation against typosquatting and cybersquatting and brandsquatting.

We'll blame congress.

If this is the case why wouldnt ebay give me the exact reason why they canceled my listing. And maybe then I wouldnt of been so mad about it. I was not selling a product but a domain. If ebay would of simply stated there reasoning as you did Doc.I would of understood the reasoning. I did NOT intend on arguing with my dnf friends, Todd

Take that up with ebay.

They do what they want when they want.

They have thousands of people working there that interpret rules differently.

Also, in most cases they would only have found this if someone reported it.
