I have the following domain name for sale. If bid prices reach above $1000 I will have a custom designed website made to go with the site. This site will be made to customer specs with no flash. Site will be for the design only and no information to be added. Winning bidder only need to give a layout idea with color scheme and site will be made. Site will not be finished until customer is satisfied with layout. Site will include a maximum of 5 pages and would be designed for maximum SEO benefit.

I am advertising this on other sites so highest bid may come from another site. Proof of outside bids will be given.
I will sell through escrow.com to the highest offer. Money to remain in escrow.com until all products received satisfactory. So if bids are above the set level for a web design then all money would have to remain in escrow until customer received their webdesign to their satisfaction.
