EKLE ..turkish word meaning ?

ldoes it mean "site" ?

also "Tarifeleri" is that traveler? something along those lines ?

"ekle" means "add"
"tarifeleri" means "pricelists"
also "ler" means "s" (plural form)

Thanks bay .. "ler" really helps what does "s"mean then.Because i do see "S" turkish words but never as the plural
