contact Email Address Change Issue

I reset my password under my old account email address ([email protected]) and then after logging in attempted to change to my new email address ([email protected]). Your website shows I need to receive a confirmation email and presumably click on a link in it, but I haven't received it yet. I tried requesting it be re-sent twice but still nothing. Please advise. Thanks.

Hi, are you still having issues, please? I have checked your account and it looks good.

Apologies - the large system email job we started yesterday (almost 1/2 system emails) is still not complete as many emails have "soft-bounced". There are lots of queued messages for redilivery and this has direct impact on the speed of new outgoing emails.
