I need some help on set up my email.

I am using aol to read my email.

If I want all emails send to [email protected] go to my [email protected], how can I set up it?

I heard using Outlook express but aol can't open Outlook, what else can I do?

I try to learn from my web host but can't understand.

Thanks for help, wish you a great night.

Why would you want to send it to aol and put up with them fiddling around with it (a while ago they had a policy of delaying mail from Freeserve customers by 2-3 days).

Just set up outlook express or Eudora to read your pop box. A search on google will give you numerous articles on ways to do this.

Manu,

Thank you very much, I did that, and send email to [email protected], but got nothing come to my aol mail box, maybe it's aol delay as DomainPairs said.

DomainPairs,

I use aol, so I can't use outlook express. And my pc sucks, it can not download Eudora.

I searched google for pop box, email forwarding, but got no clue, what I know maybe too little to know more.

Could you teach me step by step on how to set up my email, really need a lot of help.

Thanks!

Joe

AOL is irrelevant - it is only your browser (and ISP) you need to access the pop box at your hosting company. Due to the current net problems, I can't find out where you are hosted. If you are using your free space at AOL, you will need to move it. You can't run a business from there (especially adult or casino).

No offence, but it REALLY amazes me that you are actually running some on-line businsess (e.g. casinorefund.com) without even knowing how to configure your e-mail!

Okay, most hosts now allow you to set up e-mail forwarding from their control panel or something like that. If you can't do that with them, switch to another one with this feature, especially when you are having not just a couple of names but dozens or more. You need to funnel all mail to the same place instead of checking mail here and there.

Do you mean you are using the forwarding feature of your REGISTRAR for casinorefund.com?

When you want to forward mail from a certain domain (here it's casinorefund.com), you need to go to the host of that domain.

But then many registrars now offer both website and e-mail forwarding.

It looks as if you are reg'd with Stargate and use url forwarding. It also looks as if recommendasite is casinorefund. If this os so you should scrap the url forwarding and alias the name. Your host should provide you with at least one pop box and you should retrieve mail from that.

For $25 per month, I would expect at least 10 sub-domains, if you get this it would be a better option than aliasing. You should also have a control panel which allows you to maintain your domains and hosting space/services.

btw your domain isn't forwarding, probably because Stargate have problems at the moment - another reason not to use url forwarding.

Don't undermine URL forwarding. It works. Stargate sucks, period.

But I thought it was an email forwarding problem?

The original question was email, the real problem is not having a viable structure. These are casino links remember and the site needs promoting. This includes search engine submissions and stuff like that.
