Please, help me to solve this problem and to save my reputation.
Few days ago, a good customer, Mr. Chris Belkowski paid us domain Backers.net and we sent him IMMEDIATELY full account details ...
Several hours after, we received an email where he affirmed having sent us payment by P.Pal for that domain so, suspecting he didn't get our first message, we sent it again in 3 copies ...
Only today, we're getting back several error messages:
"- These recipients of your message have been processed by the mail server:
[email protected]; Failed; 4.4.7 (delivery time expired)"
And, to end the story, few mins ago we received another email from Chris asking us to replace whois on his behalf. We did it and we confirmed but ... will he ever get our mails ???
I hate these circumstances which risk to damage our reputation and to create unwanted equivocals.
Anyone know this guy ? Please, tell him to contact me immediately through our live chat at: www.HobbyNetwork.com
For his full identity, take a look at whois for Chris.net ...

Yes, we could contact him by phone but we don't have a good spoken English and this could cause further problems ...
