moniker Emergency: How to contact Moniker?!?!

thanks for your help everybody.

in the end i have no idea what happened. the same password that worked earlier today and yesterday works now....but for whatever reason it did not work for several hours today, beginning from the time i received an email to renew my domains.

i am awaiting an explanation from moniker as to why this happened, the founder/president said in his email to me that it may have been a security lock of my account.

i'll report back with what moniker tells me if people want me to, or the admins can just delete this thread. either way i think changing the title would be appropriate.

Anything done tonight or today with your names can be reversed in the morning...you will not lose any names I can guarantee that. Just relax, send them an email and call in the morning...maybe something is going on, maybe not.

Idea: check the whois (at moniker) on your best names..see if it changed

Focus is right on.
There are authorize codes and several days to move a name.
So a quick removal of all your names isn't really likely.

Keep the thread, Moniker has gotten some bad rep around here.
They acted quickly once you had proper contact info.
Let's keep the good with the bad

But, that contact info should be on the website too.

Some way to get a hold of somebody anytime.

They are a multi-million dollar business after all.
