Why is that good idea? So people can make false chargeback claims when they buy domains and screw the seller (thru paypal) then when selling be protected even if you never transfered - and be protected by moneybookers - i dont get it???

It was irony, an that's the way to ensure YOU don't get screwed.
If you buy using PayPal and the seller never gives you the domain, or it's stolen, you can get the money back.
If you sell using Moneybookers, the buyer can't make false chargeback claims.

I wasn't assuming the readers here were fraudsters, I just pointed out how you make sure not to expose yourself to fraudulent buyers or sellers.
The problem is - the buyer or seller will probably want to do the same thing, which will be the opposite from you.

Do many people use google checkout yet?

I've used it to receive payments twice. They pay direct to my bank account which sometimes is an advantage.

In Canada they have Email Money Transfer available through most of the major banks. It is easily done through your online banking.
Buyer pays a $1.50 fee when sending funds...usually takes about 10 minutes to get to you.
Maybe someday we will have a more seamless worldwide banking system that will make this more widely available.
I personally have never understood the banks just sitting back and letting PayPal have all that juice....that is not usually how the banks like to do things..
:);)

I haven't used Google Checkout yet myself...I would be interested to hear from some that do as well..

I recently started using MoneyBookers and haven't looked back. Heaps better than PayPal with a lot less fees also. I highly recommend them.
