under "Record type" choose either "URL redirect" or "URL Frame". It depends on what you want your visitors to see in the browser's location box. with URL Redirect, they will still see the original domain in there. With URL frame, they will see your new domain, but your page will be in a frame, so if they click on a link to go elsewhere, they might still see that same domain in their location box.
You will want to do that for 3 lines ... the ones that starts with www, @(none) and *(other).
If you don't do it for *(other) then you could lose a bit of traffic. But that will only happen if someone tries to get to your page by using a subdomain.
